They were punctual on the agreed upon day for our estimate, informative with their answers to our questions, and had great suggestions when we weren't set on a choice. Doug was always available and responded to our many questions in a timely manner. From the set up to the final day, Doug was there to assist us with decision making and outlining what they provided, providing expert opinions on our questions and having input when we needed it. Doug's team was nothing short of outstanding and their attention to detail really stood out and made the outcome of our projects better than what we had envisioned.
